• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• If your lenses don’t match your prescription or arrive defective, we’ll make it right — fast.

📩 How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@maskoptix.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll send you a Return Authorization and instructions for shipping your item back.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

• Unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
